Galileo discovered the rings of Saturn using an astronomical telescope he invented.

In 1610, thanks to an astronomical telescope of his design, the Italian scientist detected an immense appendage around Saturn.

Only TEN left: Sad Story Of a Marine Mammal

It’s called the vaquita (or little cow), and they are world’s most endangered marine mammal. Their population has now been reduced to a handful of numbers.

This small mammals habitat is only the northern part of california and whenever a lucky individual will spot them, it is very common that either they will be alone or in a small group of 2-3.
